I'm David Spielman, PMHNP, and I started Quirkiatry to create a welcoming space for those feeling overlooked or misunderstood, especially autistic, ADHD, and LGBT+ folx.

As a gay, AuDHD gamer and anime nerd, I've faced (and am facing) a lot of the same challenges you're dealing with, and I want you to know you're not alone.

My goal is to help you celebrate your uniqueness, leverage your quirks, and find community.
