Quirkiatry is a private-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly, but many clients use out-of-network benefits to get reimbursed.

  • We provide superbills upon request

  • HSA/FSA cards accepted

  • Payment plans available for assessments or ongoing care

Why We Don’t Accept Insurance

  • You stay in control, not an insurance company

  • No surprise denials or restricted services

  • We maintain your privacy and diagnostic autonomy

  • Sessions are tailored to you, not a billing code

Psychiatric Services

  • Appointment to assess and document mental and physical health and history, establish diagnoses, and create an initial treatment plan together.

  • Longer appointment for complex psychiatric assessment and treatment discussions.

  • Standard medication management follow-up appointment to discuss efficacy of treatment and make adjustments to the current plan as needed.

  • 50 Minutes - $100

    Coaching services are also available as multiple hour sessions, 30 minute check ins, and 15 minute check ins.

  • New patients will need an initial psychiatric evaluation appointment ($495) and a treatment discussion appointment to go over the report ($250 for 20 mins or $495 for 45) in addition to the cost of testing and assessment below.  

    ADHD testing and assessment – $750

    Autism assessment – $1,500

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of services.
